Dar Talisman · Customer policies
90 days satisfied or refunded. A clear guarantee for Dar Talisman products and private services.
Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 90 calendar days of receiving your physical item, or within 90 calendar days after your service is completed, to request a refund. The guarantee also applies to personalised products and bespoke services. You do not need to prove a spiritual result or provide a reason for dissatisfaction.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or use Private Enquiry. Include your order reference, the item or service, and the date of delivery or completion. We will confirm the next steps and, for physical goods, provide the correct return address. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.
Returning a physical item
After contacting us within the 90-day period, send the item back within 14 calendar days of receiving the return instructions. Include the supplied accessories and packaging where reasonably available. You may reasonably inspect and try the item; an unused-item requirement does not apply to this satisfaction guarantee. Please package it securely and retain proof of tracked return shipment.
For a return because you changed your mind or are dissatisfied, you pay the return shipping cost. If the item is incorrect, damaged on arrival or defective, we cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange another suitable solution. Contact us before paying for such a return.
Amount and method
The refund covers the amount paid to Dar Talisman for the returned product or refunded service, including the original delivery charge for that item. No restocking fee is charged. Import taxes or customs charges paid directly to authorities are not payments received by us; any recovery must be requested from the relevant authority.
We issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the physical return, or after verifying the service refund request against the order. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. If the original method is unavailable, we agree a secure alternative with you.
Damage, loss and cancellation
Report delivery damage, an incorrect item or a missing parcel promptly, with photographs where available, so we can investigate with DHL. This request for prompt contact does not shorten your legal rights or the 90-day guarantee. For a service that has not started or an unshipped order, see our Service & Cancellation Policy.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not remove, mandatory consumer rights. Terms that cannot legally be limited remain applicable. A refund guarantee is a customer service promise, not a promise of any particular spiritual outcome.
