Dar Talisman · Customer policies
Clear arrangements for private consultations, bespoke commissions and cancellation.
Before a private service starts
Discuss the request directly with Cheikh Talismani Tizniti. Before payment, we confirm in writing what the service includes, its price, whether a physical item is included, the proposed start date, expected completion and any information needed from you. A message or an initial enquiry is not a commitment to purchase.
Cancellation before work starts
You can cancel a service before the agreed work begins for a full refund. You can also cancel an unshipped standard product order for a full refund. Contact [email protected] or Private Enquiry with the order reference as soon as you decide to cancel.
Personalised work and work already started
If a bespoke item or service has already started, contact us so that we can stop further work where possible and confirm the status. Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee still applies to personalised items and services; starting work does not remove that guarantee. If we cannot provide the agreed service, you are entitled to a refund for the service not supplied.
After completion or delivery
If you are dissatisfied, request a refund within 90 calendar days after service completion, or within 90 calendar days of receiving a physical item. Follow the 90-Day Returns & Refunds Policy. You are not required to demonstrate a spiritual outcome to use this guarantee.
Changes and delays
Any extra work, charge or revised schedule must be agreed before proceeding. If we cannot fulfil the agreed timing, we explain the change and offer an appropriate cancellation or refund option. If you request a change, we confirm its effect on scope, price and timing before accepting it.
Respect and confidentiality
Enquiries are handled privately as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents or information about another person. We may decline requests involving unlawful activity, abuse or harm. Private services are intended for adults and do not replace professional healthcare, legal or financial support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
