Dar Talisman The Secret Supplication or the Pearl Supplication is one of the great supplications among the Sufi masters. Some call it the Secret Supplication, others the Pearl Supplication, and still others the Supplication of the Sword, and it has other names as well. However, this great supplication is not well-known among many Sufis, to the point that it has almost faded into obscurity and been forgotten. In fact, many books that mention the supplications of Sheikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani do not mention it. This is not due to its lack of importance, but quite the opposite, because it is one of the great supplications, hidden secrets, and concealed knowledge. It is only given with special permission due to its powerful influence, and this is the main reason for its secrecy.
It was passed down from sheikh to sheikh with special spiritual permission. Sheikh Ma' al-'Aynayn, may God sanctify his secret, is almost the only one who spoke of it and published it in his book, Na't al-Bidayat, and mentioned some of its characteristics. In fact, when he mentioned it, he placed a hidden secret within it. In the version he mentioned in his book, there are two words in it that were hidden and replaced with others. We We received it from our sheikhs in handwriting, and I still remember when the sheikh gave it to me along with the last supplication of Surah Al-Waqi'ah, also in handwriting. Know, my beloved son, that this supplication possesses secrets, characteristics, and applications that defy description. Its true nature is known only to those who delve into its depths and persevere in it without interruption.
The sheikhs used to recommend it to seekers and take a pledge from them never to abandon it, but rather to make it their sustenance at all times, until it becomes like water and food to the seeker. Know, my brother seeker, that the Supplication of the Secret has numerous characteristics and secrets. It was the daily practice of my master, Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, most of the time, and he never omitted it. Whenever he left his school, heading anywhere, he would occupy himself with reciting this supplication as he walked until he reached his destination. Sheikh Mustafa Ma' Al-'Aynayn Al-Shinqiti said: "It is what Sheikh Abdul Qadir used to recite, and he passed by a tree, turned towards it, and it was lit." There is fire in it, so the sheikh said: Whoever has a sword like mine, let him wield it, otherwise let him remain in the orbit.
And some of the saints said: This is what Sheikh Abdul Qadir meant in his famous wine poem, where he says: If I cast my secret upon a fire, it would be extinguished and the secret of my state would be extinguished. If I cast my secret upon a dead man, he would rise by the power of the Lord and walk to me. If I cast my secret upon mountains, they would be leveled and disappear among the sands. If I cast my secret upon seas, all would sink into the depths of oblivion. They said: The secret that my master Abdul Qadir al-Jilani meant in this The verses and his ability to use them as mentioned is the supplication of the radiant secret, due to the great and blessed names and hidden secrets it contains. Whoever has tried it knows its value.
Sheikh Ma' al-'Aynayn said: Whoever recites it in the evening will be safe until morning, and whoever recites it in the morning will be safe until evening. If you recite it in a gathering, everyone present will be terrified of you. If you see an oppressor and recite it in his face, he will be humbled by God's permission. He exalted Himself and said: Know that this secret awakens the heedless through its continuation, aids the diligent, clarifies for the one with the unveiling, connects the beginner, increases the advanced in knowledge of his Lord, and subdues necks; So take care of it, and protect it with all your might, and do not reveal it except to yourself. He said: Whoever reads it with the intention of protecting a group or a place, what he intended for it will be protected, even if it is a thousand thousand.
And whoever persists in it morning and evening will be protected from every enemy, and his tongue will be protected from lying, so that even if he wanted to say something, he would not be able to. This is a great benefit, indeed, benefits that are unparalleled and unmatched. He said: Whoever recites it seventy times in the first hour of Tuesday, with the intention of removing an enemy or oppressor from a land, they will be removed from it, whether they like it or not. He also said: Whoever recites it at sunrise on the last Saturday of the month and prays against an oppressor, he will be seized immediately. This is a true experience, without any doubt or uncertainty. He advanced and said: “Whoever reads it and presents it to the Sultan and his officials, they will humble themselves before him.
Whoever recites it regularly, morning and evening, God will make him beloved to both humans and jinn, and his words will be well-received by people. God will establish truth and justice on his tongue, and every soul will fear him. God will protect him from the envious.” He also said: “Our Sheikh, may God be pleased with him, wrote these verses for me when he completed it for me. He only grants permission, so pay attention.” Read the secret of the Jalili in the evening and in the morning, and you will be protected from enemies, even if you have been perpetually obliged to do so. You will control the universe as you wish, and this is benefited from the nearness of the Almighty.
The letter "Z" in the morning is intended for numbers, and it is about this that it is said, "Whoever has a sword like mine, my brother, let him go." Know that this supplication is used to repel evil and bring good by the permission of the Almighty, the Majestic. Among its benefits are awe and love among people, victory over enemies, and it is a protection for its reader from all evil. It also has great benefits in changing the state of the seeker, for it grants him steadfastness and helps him to The steadfastness of this supplication, with its profound divine manifestations and blessings, is unsurpassed. We have found no supplication superior to it, except perhaps the Sword Supplication of Imam Ali (peace be upon him). It is a crown upon the head of all blessed supplications.

The Secret Supplication is distinguished by its brevity; indeed, we found it to be an abridgment of the Sword Supplication, as if it were its essence.
